Self Portrait, 2020
Those with visual impairments use their fingertips as their eyes. They communicate through Braille and sounds. As you can see here, HANSONE is a Braille computer. This image means that I’m sitting on HANSONE to see a different world. I thought of this because I want to accept my reality and keep moving on. I would like visitors to see this piece and relate to me. This creative project is an occasion to share the ideas, gestures and expressions of those with visual impairments and other disabilities. It also contributes to a better understanding of them. It would be my pleasure to see them make progress.
